Doggie Style Cumshot is a bit off

I have been playing for a year or so, and I forget when, but at some point the doggie style sex animation changed such that at the point that Player cums, the penis is outside of the partner.

This could be desirable sometimes, particularly if the Player does a masturbation animation to simulate completion, but it just isn't terribly satisfying to never creampie in doggie style.

Was this an intentional change? I can't be the only person who noticed this, right?

I guess it's a intentional change as none of the position available allow you to creampie any of the female NPC.
As you almost never wear a condom, it might get one of the girl pregnant...
