I can't to talk anyone and also no oppotunity after new update and I already solve every solution that dev are suggest to done but it's not functional

The screenshot you sent doesn't use english name. I suppose, your windows locale and parameters are also not set to be english or latin-based.

Could you try to change the locale and settings of your windows to english before starting the game, just to be sure your issue is not linked to your locale ?

thank you the problem is date format but in my notebook use thai time and date format and can play in last patch.

Wait, so just to be clear: you have two computers that use Thai date/time format, region, and language, and one of them can play and the other cannot?

if that's true, it's really odd.
In such case, could you provide the exact windows version you're using ?

To do so, just open a console Ms-dos and report the full first line. Please also add if this is a 32 or 64 bits version and if it's pro or familial one.
