I am still having trouble with activating quests for wanting more. I get the first one when they get in bed. After that, no matter what I try, they will not ask for the 2nd one. However, if I get them in bed and make a sex call, the quest updates to 2/5. Past that, nada. Any tips?

That's OK. Only for the first time girl ask you about other parner. After that, it's up to you to use 'Sex Call'.
