Explicit DLC Not Working

Unfortunately Lety's Character and any intimacy scenes associated with her are now being censored to stave off any actions being taken by Steam.

I am not getting anything more from the DLC now that was unlocked by the original censor remover
that had just a text file in it... 'You are Welcome" or something like that..

All the cut scene mods, extended things, positions IE: 3 some of doing one while she eats another
like the one image shows.

I have not been able to get anything more than just no censorship.

I have tried unchecking it in the DLCs under the STEAM Properties for the game. Letting STEAM's
downloads process the action. Then rechecking it. It shows in downloads as over 100mb but the
actual file does not seem to change.

Are there any recommendations here? Did we miss something in the install process? Or in my case
Re-Installation process?

HELP!?!?
