[0.9.2] Vickie and Ashley can walk away in the middle of their dialogue

Vickie and Ashley can walk away in the middle of their dialogue, when planning to "promote" Madison.

Dialogue will continue and nothing will break. But it is weird, having player alone talking to girls remotely.
