Vickie Vixen Quest Description

Just noticed this minor discrepancy in 0.13.1, but I think it's been around a while. The quest description text for the Vickie Vixen opportunity says "Hmm. Now that I've got both Rachael and Vickie's number. Instead of spoofing Rachael, maybe I could just invite Vickie to the party..." You can get the quest from Rachael before getting either phone number, so the text about having the numbers is inconsistent with what's happened at that point.
