You first have to "talk" to a girl and only after that the sex menu is unlocked or shows up.

Honestly, I don't know. I'm a bit disappointed with the last DLC so I've put the game on hold for now.

I was hoping that (besides Doja Cat) there would be usable elements in the DLC, but...

In this awesome upcoming build, POV (non-cutscene “legacy”) love scenes will fit the female player story better - like scissoring (yeah, that’s new!) or fingering, as well as female-centric sixty-nine POV intimacy poses. You will also be able to swap between dominant and submissive positions during male-male love scenes.
