Both the Game Grumps and Derek are stuck doing nothing and can't be interacted with.
When I try to talk to then it says that the Grumps are doing their thing (Grumps) or Derek's attention is on something else (Derek).

I haven't done anything special except save and load. It might have blocked when ...
