I downloaded the game from steam and played through the (Original story, Valentine's with Vicki, and Date with Brittany) fine. when I installed some custom stories from this site I followed the instructions to install them and can see and select them from the start menu. When it loads me into the game my character is alone. All items are scattered throughout the house and I can interact with them. But no other NPC's. Did I install it wrong or is it just a glitch with newest version of the game. My version is 14 something. Any help would be appreciated.

If the sories are well installed, it's probably an antivirus issue:

Original stories are no longer stored at the same place as custom stories. this explain why they work and not the custom ones.

I'm very sorry but can somebody explain hox to fix this problem in french pls or in something much understable ? I really don't understand the manipulation with antivirus, thanks for the help.

I don't speak French and trying to use Google translate might make things worse. I will ask around and see if someone who speaks French can assist. If that fails, you may want to just try Google translate, sorry
