Is Lety a one time deal like Rachael, or is she re-doable multi times. The option seems to be there, but not achievable even though the bedroom is empty and no other pursuits are open/on-going.
It would also be nice to repeat with Rachael.

Once you've engaged the Lety-Rachael Easter Egg, no, you can't go again with just Lety. There's also some content that blocks off that repeat even if it looks like the master bedroom is temporarily free.
