Got vickie to the party and started the redemption quest, gave the flower to Ashley and the started the Candyman quest. But I've run into a problem where the prompt to ask Stephanie if you can help her with her hornyness isn't an option.

I know it was in the last patch, so something has happened in this one to deactivate it.

Both 11.3 and 10.4 block asking for this if you asked Stephanie about medical profession (that activates Apply Pressure quest).

On the positive note, if you finish doctor Stephanie path you will be able to ask about this.
