Fridge Door

Fridge - Door - Open is pretty useless at the moment. It only plays the sound of opening and closing the fridge, but no visual.
Only if the player is close to the fridge it will really open.

Yeah interestingly enough the Fridge Door has its very own behavior where it will only open/close OR remain open if the player is within about 4 units. Not sure why this was set as different. Probably to prevent the items inside from getting knocked all over the place by NPCs, and to prevent any weirdness caused by pathing since the kitchen is a high-traffic area.

Only if the player is close to the fridge it will really open. I have a cooking station that has attached boxes and buckets of water and food, and they don't need to be rotated. As the player is standing close to the cooking station, the animation of it opening can occur. The container of water above is water buckets that I moved close to the fridge so the character could grab it.
