0.10.4 Stephanie prostitute not working

I am trying to buy pot but I need $50. I talked to Derek and he said Stephanie is loaded, so I talked to her and she agreed to pay me $50 to sex her. She removes her panties, but nothing happens. The quest seems to stuck here. Any advice?
This used to work in 0.9.6

Hello, what other content did you do prior to this? Did you fully undress the player character?
