[SOLVED] Alternative way to finish Leah's good path

So early in the game, Frank attacked me, and I ended up successfully defending my anal virginity (might have happened more than once). Now he hates me, as in:
So when I ask about him stealing the renting space from under Leah's nose, he refuses to talk about it. Any alternative routes to progress Leah's story? I tried to beat him up once more (you know, just in case) but he can't be slapped awake after that, so I just reloaded a previous save, and now I'm looking for ideas.
I tested commands, and yeah, he gives info if I just set our friendship to something like 10, but it'd feel like cheating if I did any write operations in the console (I only use it to read the actual numbers, because I'm weird like that).
