Oh man that is not cool! That's also not normal. We haven't had any other reports like this. We can take a look at your logs and try to help you figure out what is going on. Unfortunately, looking at those log files, it looks like your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for House Party. What type of PC are you using? Is it a laptop? Can you find a model number?
You can try the steps in this post below, but if your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements, these steps may not help.

The minimum requirements are:
Intel Pentium G4500, AMD FX8350 or equivalent
8 GB RAM
Direct X 11 GPU w/ 2GB Available Video Memory
8 GB HDD Space (preferably an SSD)
You can try adding more RAM if possible, but your CPU and graphics card don't meet the minimum requirements ether, so it's likely you would still have some trouble if you just added more memory.
