Quest/Opportunity Images No Longer A Thing?

My memory of the CSC is that you used to be able to assign images for quests. But I've been hunting around the interface and I can't find anywhere to do it in the latest (1.0.9) CSC edition. Have quest images been dropped, or is there something wrong with my CSC interface? If so, any tips on how to correct it?
