Game stucks on loading screen

Sorry if this topic already exists, but I'm a bit new so! The last time I played this game was on version 22.0 and everything was fine. Today I installed version 1 and the game just stucks on loading screen after a few tips and pictures. Even when I put the game in the lowest graphics and resolution setting possible, it just won't change!!! Please help!
