Explicit Content DLC

I downloaded the Game through GOG.com because it was locked in steam in my country.
I tried to download the Explicit Content DLC but that doesn't work on GOG.com.
I unchecked the censor nudity setting but that didn't work either.

There is an Explicit Content DLC on GOG. Is that what you purchased?

It does not let me purchase it. It does not even show up in the store.

This should not have any country restrictions, and will apply the Explicit Content DLC regardless of where/what site you purchased the game from.
