[0.9.2] Now Patrick won't go and get his phone

Me again, :D

Restarted a new game after previous issue with Patrick stuck in a wall. Now Patrick WON'T go to Brittany and get his phone back, I ask him for it, and he replies no problem he will go and get it, but he won't actually go and get it. He just stands around in the upstairs hallway.
After several minutes (and me chasing Ashley around hooking up with her for sex), he went downstairs - now he is hanging out in the hallway downstairs and won't go anywhere... ugh!!!

Now I can't proceed with my quest for Rachel (my other favorite girl)...

Was playing again last night, and again Patrick won't go and get his phone from Brittany. He won't even go TO Brittany.

Hm weird, I didn't have this issue in testing. Did this only happen in that savegame where he was stuck, or does it happen consistently in new games as well if you simply pursue that storyline?

Can those brute force comnands that keep some characters at specific distance, lead to issues like this?

It has happened repeatedly in different games over the last few days. I don't know or use the command console commands - so I didn't mess up anything there. But it is very frustrating asking him to use his phone, and then he doesn't do anything. I really like to chase Rachel (along with Madison and Ashley) she is one of my fav's - and I cannot do that if Patrick won't give me his phone... :( :? :x

If you mean console, yes. Any console command has the potential to break a game playthrough, but it would have to be one of the more 'powerful' or low level ones like modifyvalue or eventtriggers or something.

Otherwise if you mean some of the approaches we took to try to ensure Patrick and Ashley and Madison and Vickie all played 'nice' for this content as part of the story...yeah that can be a cause as well.
