Is it possible to add a event for a NPC to grope another?

Groping is going to be tough, NPC-NPC. There is a lot of alignment and positioning that goes into making sure the Player grope is pulled off as well as it is, and if migrated over, a lot would clash with behaviors that already exist to keep NPCs from colliding, idling/animating, managing their rotation, etc. So in short, it's not likely to be added for the foreseeable future, if at all.
