0.18.1 Katherine Clothing Malfunction

Loaded up 0.18.1 for the first time to get a look at Katherine's new outfit. Looks like she had a problem dressing herself...

Unfortunately, I didn't grab an output log before reloading to see if this was a consistent bug (it isn't).

Actually, she seems to have the clothing malfunction somewhat often for me... here's another occurrence, with an output log file.

Thanks! I believe this should be greatly improved once 0.18.2 is released.

Also noticing she doesn't put her underwear/nets back on after she gets redressed sometimes.

This should be fixed already for 0.18.2, but if you can provide some specific examples I will triple check.
