I re-downloaded the game but the problem was not solvedm

This can be provoked by your antivirus or firewall blocking the game access to its server.
In such case, try to disable them before playing.
If that solve the issue, chech your antorirus and/or firewall setting to allow the game to reach the server.

This can also be due to others factors:
* Compressed files and folders can cause Unity to be unable to read our game data. If the icons on any of the files or folders have little blue arrows, then that file or folder is compressed. It will look like this, next to the folder icon, but much smaller.

Also, check your calendar and regional settings and make sure they're set for something like US or UK date/time format and regional selections.
