Characters do not spawn

Hi there!
My first time using Custom Story, i followed everthing in this tutorial from EeK!(https://vimeo.com/332504235), but the characters do not spawn when i load the story, can anyone help me?

Where exactly did you put the story/character files? Did you warp the characters around at all at the beginning of the story?
