Suggestion: Have saved game files listed when saving?

When saving your game, could we have all saved game files listed so in the case we want to overwrite an existing save?
Makes it a bit tedious having to first go into load game just to see which saved game with the long title you want to overwrite and then going to save and typing it in. Or better, just click on a saved file with an additional prompt popping up asking if we wish to overwrite it.
