What about the prospects of having a transgender character? If we can have both straight and gay characters then surely transgender could be an option.

However, if they were to introduce a transgender character, we'd want to be as respectful as possible in regards to how they're portrayed. Similar to the audition competition which allowed Lety and the Game Grumps to be added, why not have a transgender pornstar as a character. Transgender pornstars you could consider asking are:
*Kylie Maria
*Sarina Valentina
*Lena Kelly
*Chanel Santini
*Kayleigh Coxx
*Aubrey Kate
*Janelle Fennec

Any others not listed feel free to suggest.

We have no issues adding a transgender character, but as I have stated in several posts, we aren't planning on adding any more characters after the Game Grumps. At least, not for the foreseeable future. And any that would be added in the future would most likely be fictional.

What about an option/setting to give the existing girls male genitalia instead? That way you wouldn't have to create any new characters but still get the intended result.

Yes, that could be an option. Transgender mode, with new animations for the girls like wanking.

Would also be cool if a transgender mode was available for the player, too. I recall that with an upcoming version they plan on adding a playable female, so having that transgender option added would make for some interesting stories.

With transgender mode, you could have the choice of either be the same male character unaltered, a trans male, or female player.

Perhaps also choose whether to just make the female characters trans or all of them including Patrick, Frank, Derek, Arin and Danny. Customize your experience.

Currently you can make the men's breasts bigger if you use the console commands, but it's not the same. I would also like to see transgender mode.

At this time we don't plan on doing that for House Party. A custom story can always be made that uses any plot, pronouns, and existing NPCs a story creator seems fit. We just already have our hands more than full with current technical requirements, the current male playthrough of the Original Story, and the future female playthrough.
