I tough it was already implemented, but in fact only the name of the story file change between the two versions.

Changelog

Added voyeur cutscene as an option for the female player, when having two girls in Ashley's room.
Added hot tub cutscenes to the game. One for the male player, two for the female player.
Added regular bedroom cutscene for Patrick, as an alternative to the current one, for the female player.
More ways to get Rachael to free Patrick's key.
More ways to get the female player to free Patrick's key if she chooses to do so instead of Rachael.
Fixed issue where dialogue option for Leah with the female player would lead to wrong pose for cunnilingus.
Fixed issue where after evil ending, Leah that has an affinity with the player would not dance.
Other minor tweaks.

The strategy guide is also updated.

This is just a hot fix release to fix the issue with the voyeur cutscenes, so it is correctly only available for the female player.

French translation updated as well.

Will there be a Spanish translation?

It will all depend on volunteers.
I think Prome is not active anymore to update the existing translation.
