Jesus H. I have been waiting for a mod like this and I am on vacation and cannot play. I can't wait to see the debauchery about to ensue when I come back!! This mod looks like one for the books!!

The internal relationship system between NPCs is pretty unpredictable. In normal gameplay, you can get both high positive and high negative values between characters.
Even simple stuff like emotes are affecting it. Like one character being surprised that another is naked, for example.
In my case, I had characters that did not like one another at all, which makes them cover if they see each other naked.
This is why most of the custom stories just try to bypass this system altogether and put exhibitionism personality to 50 or 100, so characters are never shy.

OK. I'll change exhibitionism to higher values for next update...
