Red error unityengine.ui 19.4 unity 2020.3.10f1

I get a red error with CSC that only mentions that is unable to open unityengine.ui. CSC load but I just browse stories titles but I can't even see stories content. Didn't have any problem before. House Party, Unity and CSC version are all upgraded. Unity has 2020.3.10f1.

After unzipping the scs 0.19.4, have you double click on the expected file ?

Yes, it is located under Assets folder.

Error message seems a little changed

Error: Could not load signature of ScorpionStudios.Core.UI.ISelectables:Select due to: Could not load file or assembly 'UnityEngine.UI, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. assembly:UnityEngine.UI, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null type:<unknown type> member:(null) signature:<none>

I also get

Unloading broken assembly Assets/Dependencies/EekEvents.dll, this assembly can cause crashes in the runtime

but It never crashed

If I select any story I also get things like this
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
EekEvents.StoryCollectionEditor.OnInspectorGUI () (at <4a8cddeb8e5b43099e92c112580e25e1>:0)

Where did you extract this to? Did you directly overwrite a previous CSC "installation"?

No. I also reinstalled both House Party, CSC and even Unity after deleting them to try to solve this.

Re: Red error unityengine.ui 19.4 unity 2020.3.10f1

Where did you extract the CSC to, as in, what specific folder? Is this used by OneDrive in any way? Is Windows file compression enabled in the folder?

This message appears the moment you double click on the Story Creator (Click me first) scene? Or is there any message before that?

Can you import, export, or use any other story functionality?

The menu on the right (Inspector) just show me the name, I can change the name of the story and that is all. Zero options except "add component" so I can't import or export anything, there aren't both menu and text to edit.

Okay, and what about the other questions I posed? Thanks.

Re: Red error unityengine.ui 19.4 unity 2020.3.10f1

I extracted CSC in the main folder, not where is HouseParty_data folder but where is the exe to play the game. There isn't onedrive there.
There wasn't windows compression enabled, I enabled it but nothing changes.

I don't get errors double clicking except a warning that there are newer version of Unity but I use the one suggested for CSC 19.4 that is 2020.3.10F1
The two starting red errors are always the one about unityUI and the one about eekevents.dll, then I get a new long red error every time I check any stories.

Ouch.... It should not be anywhere where the main game is stored.
