10.4 Dryer movable

While I had the dryer going with ashley's clothes in it, i could walk into it and cause it to glitch and move. After it was done, I could not move it anymore.

We're aware of the issue and just couldn't get around to fixing it this release cycle. Thanks for the report, we'll tackle it as soon as we can!
