Katherine's Party 1.3.3.a in the first post includes some updates intended to make it more flexible if you are using customized character outfits.

However, I have not tested every possible outfit combination and recommend using the customization presets here. These have also been updated (very slightly) for version 1.3.3.

In Version 1.3.3.b, you can climb the gutter again. Not that there's any reason to do so.

There shouldn't be any issues with running the 1.3.3 version in 1.4.1. Try it and let me know if there are problems.
