The game screen is black, with only sound and no characters.

When I open the game, the screen is black. Although the game interface exists, the background is all black. When reading save files or starting a new game, the screen is also black and prompts will pop up, but it's useless... there is no screen.

Oh man that is not cool! That's also not normal. We haven't had any other reports like this. We can take a look at your logs and try to help you figure out what is going on. You can find them here:

Unfortunately, looking at those log files, it looks like your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for House Party. Unless there is a missing driver and you're using a built in graphics card instead of a discrete one that could also be installed.

What type of PC are you using? Is it a laptop? Can you find a model number?

You can try the steps in this post below, but if your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements, these steps may not help.

RAM:4.00 GB (3.89 GB available)
Graphics:Intel(R) HD Graphics

You can try adding more RAM if possible, but your CPU and graphics card don't meet the minimum requirements ether, so it's likely you would still have some trouble if you just added more memory.
