Press escape and go to input configuration and check your key mapping... These are standard game functions, so you should be able to assign them to something that works...

Ugh. I suspect you are playing with the censored version of House Party. This custom story was not designed with that in mind.
As a workaround to get unstuck from having to pee, hit the ~ key to access the command console. Type in "values player bladder equals 0" (without the quotation marks). Hit enter. Hit ~ again to get back into the game.
You will probably run into other problems because of censorship, but that should get you able to interact with the party guests again.

Only if the DLC characters are allowed to be used in custom stories. So the answer is no for Doja Cat. And I'm pretty sure also no for Liz Katz.
