Item Mount Position/Rotation

Is there a way to change the item position and rotation when mounted? I see the fields for it under Content-InteractiveItems-<Chosen Item>. It shows as below:

It seems that changing these values has no effect though. Anything I'm missing?

EDIT: This is using HP 0.11.3, CSC 0.11.3, & Unity 2018.2.12f1 (It seems the CSC was made with 2018.2.11f1, if it makes any difference).

I'm guessing those values aren't used by the CSC since I could find any references to them in the story or character files after I'd modified them, so my assumption is that it isn't implemented.

Those are back-end engine fields. They're left exposed so that certain story editor functionalities can pull off them or because, well, Unity. The only things you can affect in the CSC are within the story prefabs themselves.
