I notice in the original story, there's several instance of [emote] or [During Sex] in the dialogues. I've tried using a few of them, however while the [block] is removed during display, it all just seems to stream out at once.

I.e. this line from Madison [During Orgasm] Oh fuck, D! [Coming down from orgasm] Oh shit, oh shit. doesn't seem to do anything when I apply it in a custom story.

Are there any docs on this, as well as the inline emotes?

Those are just instructions for voiceover actors.
