Holiday/Halloween Content

Is it possible to use any of the halloween/holiday content in custom stories? Clothing, items, decorations around the house, etc.?

I assume most of this isn't possible, but I just wanted to confirm that for sure. If nothing else, it would be nice if the unique clothing they can wear could be toggled on within the CSC.
