Holiday/Halloween Content

Is it possible to use any of the halloween/holiday content in custom stories? Clothing, items, decorations around the house, etc.?

I assume most of this isn't possible, but I just wanted to confirm that for sure. If nothing else, it would be nice if the unique clothing they can wear could be toggled on within the CSC.

I've tried messing around with the files before, but it's usually locked down pretty tight.
