FYI: CSC 0.19.4 Release Timeline

FYI to all Story Creators, we are updating from Unity 2018.4 to Unity 2020.3 for the entire project. We are in the middle of doing this now, and so need to complete this transition before we export a new version of the CSC. We are hoping to have the 0.19.4 CSC out within a week, but it may be a bit longer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
