Delete Dialogue Lines

Hey all,
So either I'm blind or this option doesn't exist but I can't find any way to delete dialogue lines. Is there a button somewhere or does this really not exist?

Does not exist. There was a request for it back in 2018, but I'm guessing it proved too difficult or problematic to implement.

Seems odd. I seem to recall having the ability in earlier versions. It really is a pain. I did it through editing the character files directly, but that seems like it could be more dangerous.
