Good catch. New version 1.0.2.1 in first post restores access to the hot tub in loaded games.
I have no idea. Have you tried the mod with any other custom story? All it does is re-texture Madison. It works in the main story but causes Madison to be bugged out of the game in this story. Any ideas as to why this is the case?
