1. Grab Brittany's breast several times to get her in the bathroom. Then you have to wait until she's in the hot tub and talk to her then. Once she leaves, engage with her again.
2. This isn't complete yet. You can get her to make out with you and Rachel but that's it.
3. The above scenario with Rachel and Kat didn't work for me if I just gave her the flower several times. It just stopped progress on that.

I looked at the code and played around with it. Brittney has to be in Seat 1 for the hot tub to progress, but she won't necessarily go there. So you may have to use a console command to get here there.

Her quest isn't complete. You can talk to her and get on her good side by giving her a drink and your credit card (once you get laptop access) but all you can really do is kiss her.

Loving the story so far but I have noticed some confusion in how everyone's related. Just thought I'd mention it so it could maybe be resolved in future updates.

*SPOILERS*

1. When you first greet Katherine, she calls the player her "most hated nephew" but inspecting her states that she's Brittney and Frank's daughter, making her the player's cousin.

2. Inspecting Rachael states that she's also Brittney and Frank's daughter but when Rachael tells the player about her boyfriend spying on her mother, the player asks if Patrick knows yet, suggest he's Rachael's father and not Frank.

3. Being Katherine's sister and Brittney and Frank's daughter, Rachael should also be the player's cousin but after charming her and doing the 69, the player says "if you weren't my niece" which would somehow make her Vickie's daughter.

4.When you first greet Vickie, the player refers to himself as her "twin brother", but every-time after Vickie calls the player "little brother". I'm not sure if this was an error or the classic twin thing of bragging that she was born first but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Sorry if this seems knit-picky but just playing through this alpha build I found this very confusing and I can only imagine it getting more confusing as more story is added.
