Really hoping this issue with the ladies having sex then getting stuck under the stairs is fixed soon. did the save reload thing 10 times and every time they ended up stuck. Keep up the great work guys

In regards to the girls getting stuck after sex issue:
I found if you use the console commands to have each girl masturbate once they're both finished they'll get up and become unstuck. Keep in mind you'll either have to reset their meter or wait until it's reset naturally.

there is a bug when rachel and katherine have sex they get stuck under the stairs and for some reason they cant be warped out

Save reload is only workaround I'm aware off.

This is an issue on our end that we're going to fix in the next update, so within the next week (and after the custom story is updated with the new version of the CSC) you should see this go away.
