Fixed rare scenario when Rachael will lose pose during Easter egg ending.

Amy will react to the player having sex with someone, if at low affection level (while still not failing Scavenger Hunt).
Additional minor bug fixes.

Tweaked when the player can use intimacy during 1st phase of dance party (anywhere not near party).
Changed when some dialog options are not available for Vickie if dance party is active.
Rachael will not go toward Patrick, if dance party is in progress, and the scene between them did not happen yet.
Several doctor related opportunities will fail for Stephanie if they become impossible to complete.
Katherine Dilemma opportunity will fail if you got Katherine topless picture using some other means.
