Updated to 1.12.3
Just a bugfix to previous bugfix:
Added checks that prevent running both Ashley prank and Smooth Operator opporunity at the same time, which leads to various bugs. This can happen if you help Ashley in washing her clothes and then finish gaining Ashley trust for Smooth Operator.
a) Made sure that Smooth Operator is blocked, if Madison phone is given back to Ashley
b) Made sure that if Smooth Operator is finished, that you can not give phone back to Ashley

Made one of the responses on the tablet repeatable.
Fixed issue when Stephanie would "zig zag" between player and dance floor.

Updated to 1.12.5
Changed the way how pants are handled for player character.
Fixed the issue when you could still remove Ashley top if it is already off during Smooth Operator finale.
Added fix that prevents Derek and Madison showing underwear on top of their pants.
Code refactor.
Original Story fix
Fixed issue where Ashley would keep roaming state during finale of Smooth Operator opportunity, if you ask her to go to her room before Derek congratulates you about being in good grace with Ashley.

I have a question, how can I give Brittney the camera with picture of Amy? She doesnt want it when I give it to her, do i miss something?

Yes, there will be port to include new 0.12.x bits and is currently in the works.
Note that there is possibility it won't be for available for a week after 0.12.x release, since some game mechanics got changed bit in 0.12.2 leading to issues, that will require refactoring of some of the game scripts I added.
I may put a "beta" release, that does not have everything working before then, but that is "good enough".

Small bugfix, restricting one of the Stephanie actions, so it does not lead to game breaks.
