Good Girls Gone Bad is incomplete by design. It is incomplete quest from original story. But it is important to have it in progress in order to unlock some of the other new stuff.

But did you had in your quest log quest called "Gone Bad Party"? If, so and if you did use any of new interactions with the girls, you should have probably gotten also Gone Wild Party quest too.

Below is the status of all the quests as of my last save, in the order they are listed.

I admit that I've completed some of these quests without knowing what I did to do so.

Have I gone as far as I can? Do you still see a problem?

You are good.
The last incomplete quest is incomplete by design.

If you talk to Vicki she even tells you that part is not done, when talking about other girls (after completing her test). This is all unmodified original story content.

Technically speaking, new activities from this custom story are spiritual sucessors (or porn parody?) to that unfinished quest, but it did not feel right for me to tag original story quest complete from my side.

Fixed issue with previous fix for getting Derek dressed.
Made sure that if you go with Simon Says path, that it makes it difficult to increase friendship stat with Madison.

Updated to 1.12.0

Fixed issue with Madison friendship stat after Simon Says opportunity, when doing some actions.
Added Discipline opportunity to guide player after starting Simon Says.
Turned off some reactions and added new ones during Simon Says (there is even a bad ending).

Having some fun with all the girls at game completion but four actions remain unanswered:

Orange Box: Vickie: Switch Undies
Orange Box: Amy: Switch Undies
Rachael: Untie Panties
Stephanie: Strip/Put On Dress(To get Brittney out of the study?)

Is it too much of a give away to explain these actions?

They do exactly what they do. Those with orange box change the clothing for Vickie and Amy, Rachael action does exactly what it does, and strip action for Stephanie can also be used to progress Brittney quest.

Thanks, peter980. I thought there might be something more nefarious. I hadn't noticed anything changing with undie switch actions but I'm probably not looking close enough or at the right time.

Katherine will not have her bra sometimes on top of her shirt.
Stephanie will not sometimes dress up her panties when she should not (tied to mechanism that removed her drunk levels after one of the Meltdown endings).
