I don't know if it's by accident or on purpose, but Liz Katz is (finally) available in custom stories as well.

I got a few characters like Vickie, Rachel and Patrick missing after the update. Is there a way to fix it?

Due to a collision between the in-game Breast Treatment and the new character customization tool, in the new version of the story, the breast treatment and temporary breast enlargement pills will be removed.
Until the release of the new version, the temporary solution is to send girls whose breasts have been enlarged for breast reduction treatment. This action will reset the breasts to the size you chose in the character customizer.

French translation for 2.18+ (the ones for 1.3.0) are delayed until the CSC is updated by dev team.

No text changes since version 2.12-1221
The existing translation should be fine for version 2.18-130 as well.
