Yes, that's the reason. The story has a dozen event triggers that set certain variables. Completed quests are not enough.

Can someone explain how to unlock group sex please? I’ve maxed out everyone at the party but there’s still no option to do it, it doesn’t appear in the radial but I have the quests for it. Does it have to do with the NPC’s sexuality?

I have absolutely no idea how to add your save to my game… I’m kinda new at all this I got the game through steam if that helps.

Open RUN window (WinKey+R) and enter

this should open your saved games folder, then copy GS_Ready.save file from .zip above in that folder and start game...
