Don't do it manually.

On the main menu of the game, in the upper right corner, there is a "Custom Stories" button.

Select the story you want to install and click the "Install" button.

As part of the custom story improvements, I've added the 'Watch Sex' option to all female characters.

For this option to be visible, there must be sex in progress in the bedroom, and the girl must be lying on the bed alone.

By selecting this option, the girl will masturbate while watching sex, and after she cums, the quest 'Girl is a Voyeur' will be triggered.
