[14.2]Patrick got stuck on the way to Lety

In the attached save game, Lety is "busy, too busy for me." Talking to Patrick, I learn that he is "making a bee-line to Lety." But really, he's just standing there, doing nothing. Using unstuck from the console doesn't help. If I make him warpto Lety from the console, then talk to him, the expected dialog between him and Lety starts.
