There's no way to optimize further for such a low-end graphics solution given the time and resources we have. That chip is considerably underpowered even compared to a budget or "value" offer from the previous generation of say, NVIDIA GPUs:

Minimum system requirements are what should ensure that the game is functional, not necessarily enjoyable. Available VRAM does not determine performance.

You *should* be fine. Is your FPS always low, or sometimes? Does changing the graphics settings help? Do you have AMD Virtual Super Resolution enabled? There are frankly a lot of questions that could be asked...your PC should be more than capable of running House Party, however.

the message appears so now and then in the uppr right corner.
for now i have out my quality level on medium.
and AMD Virtual Super Resolution was off, now on
see how it goes...

Same here. It is usually fine, but then I get a huge drop in frame rate all of a sudden with a message on the upper right corner.

Ah ok, so it just meets the minimum requirements being an integrated graphics card to my understanding. Which that I am fine with and the game, besides low FPS counter showing screen, runs fast for me. Could it be faster? Yes, but barely noticeable when it does lag, even with all features turned on. I just got focused on this with the new FPS message option. As long as the game is playable for me I am happy.

You should actually have Virtual Super Resolution OFF.

Can you provide an output_log.txt from your play session? You can gather that log from this folder:

C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eek\House Party

Cant find it here, not the AppData or output_log.txt.
U are welcome to log ib with teamvieuwer.
I replaced my mainboard with i7 hexacore 990X and 24gig memory to get away from the framerate...
Can send details via PM...

You never should have gotten those in the first place. Your PC is at least the equivalent of mine, if not better, and I never dip below 40FPS. That warning only shows up (when the option to receive FPS warnings is turned ON) under 30FPS. Please refer to the troubleshooting steps I PM'd you.
