So when you tell Patrick he has left his phone with Brittney, he walks up to Brittney but the conversation never starts. So you wont be able to get Patricks phone. You can tell Patrick to go to Brittney for ever and ever but he never talks to her.

I have the same problem. The bug occurs both before and after Breast Diversion. (I reloaded a previous save to see if the bug had something to do with the dance floor animation.) I tired a new game, spoke to only Derek, Patrick, and Brittney and still had the bug.

Fixed this in a story hotfix that was pushed over the weekend. Restart the game and you should be all set!
