Background chatter was glitch out from combat.

it happened when i command combat all fight and background chatter and voice start to glitch out.
i am not good at explain.

Oh, well the console command isn't guaranteed to maintain "normal game functionality", but if you still see this in normal in-game combat events, please let us know!

emote surprised glitch out when Derek and Patrick fight frank. it happened when two character fight.
